Automotive plant has built in Tata

Hereby we send our word of new automotive component plant of Tom-Ferr Zrt. has built in Tata. In Tata’s industrial park next to M1 highway built producing plant with 4400 m2 producing area and 440 m2 offices be in making since June to attend its present and future customers comply with the highest standard and automotive requriments. Beside high precision tube cutting – which being supplied with 3 cutting machines- automotive division improved its profile with pressing, bending and tube-end-processing. Future machine investments supported by our customers demands. We would like to increase 2007 year 5000 tons tube processing and sale with future added value to 10000 tons and comply with all expectations we are going to lead ISO TS 16949 quality assurance system untill spring of 2009. All elemenst of the plant were constructed considering nowadays automotive requisites, about its location we decided in logistical viewpoint take into account Suzuki, Audi, Volkswagen, PSA, KIA automotive plants and their suppliers. Our prime aim is to reach a leading position in the area in case of processing tube components and retain our present developmental indexs.

Tom-Ferr Zrt. has won the prestigious award of Qualified Supplier of the year 2007 at. Rába Automotive Components Manufacturing Ltd.

Since 2005 we have been in the automotive market as precision cut steel tube supplier. 2006 was the year when our company became a determinative supplier in the field of automotive industry. Rába Automotive Components Manufacturing Ltd. - as prominent performer of the Hungarian automotive market having a close relation to Magyar Toyo Seat Kft. and Toyo Seat Europe Kft. - jointly and totally covered the supply of the seat frames to Suzuki vehicles for the Hungarian plant. Our company had the opportunity in 2006 delivering steel tubes for automotive projects to Rába Automotive Components Manufacturing Ltd.. We became qualified supplier of year 2007 as a sign of recognition which expresses the continuous and tight cooperation.
Hereby we would like to state our thanks for this award and in favour of future successfull cooperation we are committed to provide our best knowledge and service to Rába and to our all other customers. In order to develop future automotive supplies and satisfy new demands of the market we have started a significant investment in Tata, where we will be able to process steel tubes besides cutting adding more value to our tube products based on to clear expectations.

Majority of Hungarian manufactures of automotive spare parts deliver their products to MAGYAR SUZUKI Zrt, minority of manufactures deliver their products to the manufactures of cars in the adjacent countries.

In this dynamically develop market we participate as suppliers of steel pipes meeting the EN 10305-1, EN 10305-2, EN 10305-3 standards in large series and cut with high accuracy.

Our firm has started cooperation with manufactures of automotive spare parts – members of the industrial branch known as the AUTOMOTIVE industry in 2004. During the last years, we learnt about special expectation of the sector for its suppliers related to products from steel pipes or intended for processing, for processes according to standards as well as for professional qualification of workers.

By continuous development of our activity and expansion of our service we want to meet the increased requirements and in order to satisfy requirements of the AUTOMOTIVE industry, we will take the actions as follows:

1. In case of safty attendance just as cumulative demands we are going to put in operation the third high powered high accurated cuting mashine. Pictures be on view here.
2. We established mechanical laboratory for testing of strength and technological properties
3. We keep safety stock according to the agreement
4. Our company operates in accordance with ISO 9001-2000 standard, ISO/TS 16949  standard will be leaded  on the automotive field of  our new Tata’s industrial plant at the end of 2008.
5. We will establish the new production base for increased processing of the products
6. We maintain continuous contact with the suppliers, and we are auditing them on the planned dates
