Cutting pipes

TOM-FERR Zrt. has available one circular cutting machine ADIGE TC720 (a.) with a great accuracy, one circular cutting machine RSA RASACUT 2001 (b.) with a great accuracy and one band saw of the VAS-FOG 700/500H (c.) type.

Circular cutting machine ADIGE TC720

By operation of cutting machines, our company provides services primary to the manufacturers of furniture, but also to other manufacturers. We are able to cut, depending on dimensions, pipes, bars, hollow sections with accuracy of ±0.2 mm.
Procedure of machining
- Cutting (by wheel with TiN, TiCN, TiAlN coat (ADIGE TC720)
- Trimming (ADIGE ST 660)
- Collection (ADIGE RT710)
- Packing (to bundles, on pallets with superstructure, in gitterboxes, in cases, in boxes)
Measurement is continuous during cutting.
Technical data of the cutting machine (ADIGE TC720):
- cross-section of cutting (min.- max.): 8 ÷ 80 mm pipes, 12÷ 30 mm full material
- length of cutting: min. 50 mm, max. 3000 mm
- tolerance of cutting length: ± 0.2 mm
- dimension of cutting hollow square (min.- max.): 10x10÷70x70 mm
- dimension of cutting of hollow rectangular sections (min.- max.): 15x10÷80x70mm
- initial length of pipes or bars: max. 6500÷7000 mm
Technical data on trimming machine (ADIGE ST660):
- min. length of trimmed bar: 150 mm
- max. length of trimmed bar: 3000 mm
- trimmed diameter (min. – max.): 12 ÷ 30 mm for full material, 12-80 mm pipes,
- dimension of cutting hollow square sections (min.- max.): 10x10÷70x70 mm
- dimension of cutting of hollow rectangular  sections (min.- max.): 15x10÷80x70mm
Technical data on collector (ADIGE RT 710):
- diameter (min.- max.): 8 ÷ 102 mm
- dimension of hollow square section (min.- max.): 10x10÷80x80 mm
- dimension of hollows rectangular section (min.- max.): 15x10÷100x80 mm
- length of cut pipes and bars (min.- max.): 500÷3000 mm.

- Automatic feeding

- Trimming (RSA RASAPLAN XY)
- Washing (RSA RASACLEAN ET)
- Drying (RSA TURBODRY)
- Collection
- Packing (in bundles, on pallets with superstructure, in gitterboxes, in cases, in boxes)
Continuous measuring during cutting.

Band saw of the VAS-FOG 700/500H type

We are able to provide different lengths of pipes according to the requirements with tolerance of length pursuant o the standards for pipes. The cutting machine is also able to cut bars. We deliver pipes with tolerance ± 1 mm suitable for immediate building-in using services of our partners.
Technical data on band saw VAS-FOG 700/500H:
- cutting diameter: max. 500 mm
- in case of square section: max. 500 mm,
- in case of rectangular section: max. 700x500 mm,
- length of cut pipe and bar (min.- max.): 20÷6000 mm.
- tolerance of cut length: ± 1 mm.
